Support Worker
- Location: Falkirk
- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary
- Salary: £12.60-£14.00 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide compassionate and personalised support to individuals with learning difficulties in a supported living setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social outings.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
- Adapt to the varying needs of residents and provide support that enhances their quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in team meetings to discuss resident progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar support role.
- Experience working with individuals with learning difficulties and in supported living environments.
- Driving license preferred.
- SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
