Male Support Workers Forensic Group Home

Location: Buckhaven
Rate of Pay: From £13.64 per hour
Hours: Full-Time Opportunities Available
Shift Patterns: Dayshifts, Backshifts, Sleepovers & Nightshifts

We are currently recruiting Male Support Workers to join a specialist forensic group home service based in Buckhaven, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs within a structured residential environment.

Due to the nature of the service and the support requirements of the individuals within it, this post is restricted to male applicants only.

This is a role that requires patience, professionalism, resilience, and the ability to build positive working relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and providing consistent support.

Responsibilities

You will be supporting individuals with:

  • Daily routines and independent living skills
  • Emotional and behavioural support
  • Community access and social inclusion
  • Medication and personal care where required
  • Promoting safety, structure, and wellbeing within the service

The successful candidates will be calm under pressure, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of person-centred support. Experience within forensic services, mental health, learning disabilities, or complex care settings would be highly beneficial.
