Support Practitioner – Forfar
Job Description
Location: Forfar. Salary: up to £26,526.23 per year pro rata. Position: Full time (37 hours). Requires a full UK Driver’s Licence.
About the Role
As a Support Practitioner, you will work alongside people to support them to:
- Live as independently as possible in their own homes.
- Build and maintain relationships within their communities.
- Take part in meaningful activities that reflect their interests and goals.
- Develop confidence, skills and autonomy.
- Manage aspects of daily living in a way that promotes dignity and choice.
You will be part of a supportive staff team providing consistent, high quality support that is safe, compassionate and responsive to individual needs.

Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
