Job Summary

Hourly Rate: £13.12 (this may differ for under 18s).

We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors. A Supervisor is the link between the management team and the Nandocas (our team members). They help run the restaurant and learn the basics of becoming a manager. Supervisors gain exposure to restaurant operations and team management, and gradually prepare for an Assistant Manager role.

Responsibilities

A Supervisor assists in running the day to day restaurant operations, supports the team, and develops managerial skills.
