SuccessFactors Test Manager – Hybrid (Glasgow, 3 days onsite)

Job Description

Lawrence Harvey Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Test Manager / Data Manager for a major HR technology programme in the Glasgow area. The role requires at least 3 days per week onsite with some remote time depending on project needs, and a contract running from October/November 2026 to July 2027.

You will drive testing strategy across multiple SuccessFactors modules, coordinate UAT, and ensure testing is planned, structured and delivered to milestones.
