Job Description

Balfour Beatty is seeking a Site Supervisor (Substations) for the Power T&D team at Lochgilphead, Scotland. You will lead site teams, ensure training, safety, and on-time delivery, and work closely with Site Engineers to keep projects moving on ground.

The role requires SSSTS and experience in overhead lines, cabling, or substations up to 400kV, plus strong leadership and budget awareness. Hybrid options may apply where appropriate.
