Substation Site Manager – HV Civil Works (Scotland)

Job Description

Mercury-Hampton-Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a key substation package in the Scottish Highlands. This hands-on leadership role covers civils and electrical works, with direct responsibility for subcontractors and liaison with the client.

You will manage day-to-day site operations on a live substation project, drive programme, quality, and HSE compliance, and oversee RAMS, permits, and site documentation.
