Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is seeking experienced Substation Fitters to support transmission and distribution projects across Scotland. The role involves installing HV plant from 33kV to 400kV and travelling between sites.

You will work with transformers, busbars, earthing, cables, and structures, ensuring safe, compliant installations and timely reporting. A flexible approach to travel and staying away from home is essential, with opportunities to develop skills within a growing team.
