Role Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Plan and organize on-site labour.
  • Resource Utilisation: Ensure efficient use of all resources on site.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver contracts safely, on time, and within budget.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain site records and registers.
  • Safety Procedures: Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships both on and off-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sub-Agent in a civil contracting environment.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in rail and infrastructure civil engineering sectors as a Senior Engineer or Sub-Agent is essential.
  • Certifications: SMSTS and PTS certification.
