Student Experience Leader – Housing & Community

Job Description

Unite Foundation is seeking a Student Experience Team Leader in Glasgow to oversee daily operations of our student properties. The role involves leading a customer-focused team, coordinating shifts, and delivering a safe, welcoming living environment for students.

You will work with Student Experience Managers, facilities and housekeeping to provide outstanding service, handle day to day issues, and drive performance across multiple sites. The role is permanent with 37.5 hours weekly.
