Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to senior executives

Requirements
- Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
- Contribution and influence on policy and procedures for the function
- Planning, management, and consultation on multiple complex and critical strategic projects
- Management of a large team or sub-function, leading other people managers
- Few years of experience in positions with substantial responsibility
- Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of industry theories and practices
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at a senior level
