Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to senior executives
  • Manage colleague engagement planning in line with strategic direction
  • Monitor key projects and strategic initiatives
  • Improve operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Development of performance reporting for key metrics
  • Financial analysis and budget management
  • Support senior leadership in talent development and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with governance framework

Requirements

  • Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
  • Contribution and influence on policy and procedures for the function
  • Planning, management, and consultation on multiple complex and critical strategic projects
  • Management of a large team or sub-function, leading other people managers
  • Few years of experience in positions with substantial responsibility
  • Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of industry theories and practices
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at a senior level
