RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse current workforce data, trends, and demographics to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand workforce requirements and to identify key talent needs.
- Forecast future workforce needs based on business plans, industry trends, and economic conditions.
- Design succession plans, talent pipelines, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilise workforce planning tools and analytics to provide insights and support decision making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Facilitate workforce planning meetings and workshops to engage leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and updates on workforce planning activities and outcomes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and innovations in workforce planning.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience delivering integrated Strategic Workforce Planning
- Skills in workforce data analysis, forecasting, dashboards and performance tracking
- Knowledge of the nuclear skills sector and its workforce challenges.
- Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to develop future skills strategies.
- Track record of leading capability initiatives across complex programmes
- Familiar with change and culture programmes in highly regulated environments.
