National Records of Scotland is seeking a Head of Transformation & Portfolio Delivery to steer an organisation-wide transformation portfolio, shaping how services are modernised, digitised and delivered for the people of Scotland. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at senior levels to ensure change delivers public value.
