Strategic Transaction Tax Manager

Johnston Carmichael in Scotland is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join the Transaction Taxes team, providing technical advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and other corporate transactions to support client ambitions.

You will lead work streams, coach junior colleagues and build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries while monitoring tax changes and communicating impact. A CA and/or CTA or equivalent is essential for the role.
