Strategic Town Planner & Lead Projects (Hybrid, Edinburgh)

Job Description

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Principal Town Planner in Edinburgh to lead a diverse portfolio of planning projects and guide client advisory across data centres, retail and commercial developments. You will mentor junior team members, manage deadlines and budgets, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a relevant degree in Town Planning and Chartered RTPI status, with at least several years of consultancy experience.
