Barratt Developments plc in Balmedie seeks an experienced planning professional to manage divisional planning applications and oversee strategic land promotion. This role involves direct engagement with stakeholders and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates should ideally have RTPI and/or RICS accreditation with significant experience in managing planning applications.
