Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist (m/f/d) to support Keysight’s Automotive and Energy Solutions (AES) business unit, driving growth and shaping strategy across new mobility, battery electric vehicles, software defined vehicles, and grid modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously observe, analyze, and evaluate the test and measurement market and customer requirements.
  • Identify growth areas and develop targeted expansion scenarios.
  • Advise the Vice President and leadership team on AES business strategy and engage with AES business segments.
  • Kick off and manage new projects up to a concept management checkpoint.
  • Collaborate with Keysight’s worldwide network.
  • Develop into a leadership position through ongoing support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Many years of experience in the automotive/energy industry with deep market and customer knowledge.
  • Strong background in software technologies (automotive simulation, software design and validation) and SDV technologies (zonal computing, cyber security, in vehicle networks, AI).
  • Several years in a comparable key role or as a business consultant, preferably focused on development and test solutions.
  • High self motivation and strong analytical and strategic mindset, working directionally and team oriented.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
