Strategic HR: Employee Relations & Policy Consultant

Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council invites applications for an HR Consultant (Employee Relations & Policy) on a fixed-term basis until 15 August 2027. The role is based at Waverley Court in Edinburgh, 36 hours per week with a salary of £34,452-£40,501.

The post will develop employment policies, support resilient employee and trade union relations, and help shape the People Strategy through rigorous research, analysis and stakeholder engagement.
