Strategic GP Out-of-Hours Rota Planner

Job Description

The Rota Co-ordinator will plan and manage the GP out-of-hours rota for the Lothian out-of-hours service, with duties during in-hours 8am-4pm, liaising with clinicians and managers to keep the service properly staffed.

You will build and adjust rotas, ensure full staffing, provide timely updates to the BSM, coordinate staff cover and maintain Rotamaster and related data systems for weekly reporting and FOI requests.
