Strategic Finance Manager – Budget & Reporting Lead (Hybrid)

Job Description

The Scottish Government is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead a finance team within the Financial Management Directorate. You will oversee budget monitoring, drive improvements in reporting, and provide strategic financial advice to Ministers and stakeholders.

The role requires a fully qualified CCAB or CIMA accountant, with up-to-date CPD, and a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and costing. This is a permanent, full-time post based in Glasgow with hybrid working arrangements.
