Strategic Construction Planner – Tender & Programme Lead

Job Description

CHAP Group is seeking an organised, motivated construction planner to drive tender and construction programmes from concept to delivery. You will coordinate with bid, operations and supply chain teams, develop build strategies and sequencing plans, and keep projects moving on time and within budget.

You will review tender documents for risks, prepare preliminaries and logistics plans, and produce quality responses using planning software.
