Strategic Client Services Lead – Financial Planning

Jobtailor in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional to act as a central contact for clients, coordinating complex queries and delivering high-quality servicing.

You will build relationships with clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and external providers, and prepare documentation for meetings. You will manage post-meeting actions and ensure compliant records while meeting KPIs and regulatory requirements.
