Job Description

Morgan Hunt is supporting a public sector client in Scotland to appoint a Category Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports to the Head of Procurement and supports a small team of three Procurement Specialists.

The post involves leading major procurement projects, developing robust category strategies, and ensuring governance and compliance across the function. Office attendance is required monthly; however, the role emphasizes strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and
