Our client is a leading marketing and communications company with a global reach. We re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding results. You ll work across several high-profile public sector accounts, taking ownership of key relationships and ensuring your team consistently delivers excellence.

What you ll do

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering business-as-usual projects and driving new initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, introduce new service lines, and deliver agreed forecasts and targets.
  • Manage workflow across Creative, Digital, Studio, and Production teams.
  • Prepare reports, reviews, and contractual management information.
  • Lead and develop your account team, sharing best practice and supporting professional growth.

What we re looking for

  • Strong account management experience, ideally in the public sector.
  • Background in print production or direct mail is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of official publishing is a plus.
  • Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering on commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen from forecasting to budget reconciliation.
