The Role
As a Store person, you will be responsible for:
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload stock.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming goods in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular inventory counts.
- Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support smooth operations.
The Person
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have previous forklift experience and in and hold an in date counterbalance forklift
- Ability to accurately receive, store, and issue stock.
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively within a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock as required
- Follow a pick sheet
- Pick and pack products accurately
