Storesperson (Permanent)

Falkirk
£14.50 per hour £21.75 per hour overtime
Monday to Friday 08 30

EDM Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Falkirk for a permanent Storesperson to join their team.

This is a hands-on, varied role offering stable weekday hours, consistent overtime and long-term job security.

The Role:

  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out regular stock checks

  • Managing the site laundry system

  • Ordering, issuing and controlling PPE stock

  • General yard duties, ensuring a clean, organised and safe working environment

  • Collecting and delivering hire equipment

  • Collecting and dropping off company vehicles

  • Booking goods in and out of the stores system

  • Receiving deliveries and checking goods against delivery paperwork

  • Supporting day-to-day site operations with general stores duties

  • Adhering to all health & safety procedures

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or yard-based role (preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence is essential

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

  • Basic IT skills for stock control systems

  • Reliable, flexible and proactive attitude

  • £14.50 per hour basic rate

  • Overtime paid at £21.75 per hour
