At Kingdom Trade Centre, we are a leading supplier of high-quality u PVC products, serving customers all over Fife & Central Belt. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service while maintaining efficient inventory management.
Role Overview
Within this role you will play a key role in ensuring that all our inventory is organized, stocked, and ready to be sold. You’ll help us deliver top notch products to our clients while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and check incoming goods.
- Store products in the correct locations and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment
- Ensure deliveries are made on time.
- Assist in loading and unloading of stock deliveries.
Warehouse Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure all safety standards are met to protect both stock and staff.
Documentation
- Keep accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Assist with preparing delivery notes and invoices.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to other teams as needed, ensuring the entire process runs like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Driving License: Must have clean full UK driving license and feel comfortable operating delivery vans.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or storeman experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move products.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Organized: Ability to keep stock organized and inventory systems up to date.
