Storekeeper – Aberdeen

Salary: The Band 3 salary scale is £29,103 to £31,409 per annum for full time hours – the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis to reflect the contracted part time hours.

Hours: This is a part time post at 19.2 hours per week.

Employment type: 2 year fixed term contract/secondment.

Location: Aberdeen Donor Centre at the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Forresterhill.

Responsibilities

Covering all duties required of a Storekeeper whilst working within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

• Receipting, picking and issuing of stock.
• Stock checks.
• Filling out documentation timeously and correctly.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Use of the electronic stock management system.
• Keeping the warehouse and associated areas clean and tidy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable team player, motivated and capable of working well on your own. Relevant experience ideally within a storekeeping/warehouse department of a multi functional organisation is preferred.

It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK and have entitlement to work in the UK for the post in which you will be employed.
