Store Team Leader – Lead a Small Team & Serve the Community

Job Description

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Insch to manage a small team in a fast-paced store. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth operations on the shop floor and tills, and support merchandising and stock control. The role includes weekend work and a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts.

A permanent part-time contract with potential overtime is offered. In this role you’ll help deliver essential services to the community, promote Co-op membership, and develop strong customer
