Store Team Leader: Lead a Community-Focused Team

Job Description

Co-op stores in Lamlash are seeking a Customer Team Leader to head a small team, run daily store operations, and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor and at the post office counter where applicable.

This permanent, full-time role is 39 hours per week with regular overtime and varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends. You’ll benefit from staff discounts, pension contributions, holiday allowance, and wellbeing resources.
