Store Supervisor & Team Leader – Retail Service

Job Description

C J Lang & Son Ltd is the SPAR Scotland wholesaler and retail distribution business with a Head Office in Dundee. SPAR Balmullo seeks a Supervisor to support the Store Manager and help run daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

You will open and close the store, supervise shifts, balance tills, promote offers and maintain brand standards. This role requires a smart appearance, adherence to procedures and a focus on customer satisfaction.
