The Role
As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:
- Being an ambassador for your store, making it your own, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Having a ‘can do’ attitude that values being part of a successful team.
- Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
- Maintaining licensing and compliance measures at all times.
- Helping the store achieve its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
- Completing stock checks daily, weekly, and monthly.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in till operations and competence in all aspects of cash handling.
- Ability to manage small teams, take ownership of your role, and motivate others.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills are desirable.
