Store Supervisor: Lead Shifts, Merchandising & Service

Job Description

C J Lang & Son Ltd, the SPAR Leuchars retailer, is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help run the store and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise team members on shift, and ensure tills are balanced and store standards are maintained.

The role requires a hands-on approach, strong customer service skills, and reliability for opening/closing duties. This is a store-based position at SPAR Leuchars, KY16 0HE.
