Girish’s Costcutter is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join its team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are attractively displayed.
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
- Support stock control and inventory replenishment.
- Work with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UK retail or customer service is preferred.
- Experience with retailers such as SPAR, NISA, Premier, Costcutter or petrol stations is desirable.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Details
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Around 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
COS salary range stated: £31,000-£38,300
Job Type: Full-time, part-time, permanent and zero-hour options
Visa: Sponsorship switch available, subject to eligibility

Shift availability: Day shifts, Monday-Sunday, including weekends. Additional hours may be available.
