Store Shift Leader: Drive Ops, Sales & Service

Job Description

Sainsbury’s Argos is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead store operations in Fort William, coaching teams on the shop floor, organising deliveries, and ensuring customers receive excellent service when the Store Manager is unavailable.

In this role you’ll drive day-to-day tasks, maintain safety and standards, and work closely with colleagues to hit KPIs and deliver a profitable store performance.
