White Stuff in Scotland is looking for a Shop Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will report to the Area Manager, coaching the team, managing stock and visual standards, and upholding brand values.

You’ll be responsible for budgeting, promotions, events and community presence, while ensuring health and safety compliance and developing talent for succession.
