We are a leading high street fashion retailer seeking a General Store Manager for our fabulous store that sells stylish fashion and delivers an excellent experience for all customers.
The ideal candidate will be committed, energetic, and enjoy working in a team with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and staff. Passion for selling and delivering a great customer experience, and a commitment to achieving KPI’s and sales targets are essential.
Responsibilities
- Exceed store targets and deliver KPI’s.
- Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results.
- Lead your team in delivering a great customer experience.
- Continue to develop personal sales techniques and support the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximise sales.
- Deliver high standards of visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organised, and always reflects the correct visual image.
- Commercially drive sales in a customer focused environment.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team.
- Manage store P&L and costs.

- Strong training and development capabilities.
Salary: £28,000 plus package.
