Store Manager – Drive Sales, People & Experience

Job Description

TALA in Edinburgh is looking for a store leader to own the commercial performance, manage payroll and costs, and lead a high-performing team. You will trade the store daily and weekly, read the numbers, spot opportunities, brief the team, and act on insights to maximise profitability.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop supervisors, ensure best-in-class customer experience, deliver visual standards, manage stock and operations, and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
