Store Manager – EdinburghAre you ready to lead a dynamic team in the heart of Edinburgh? We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our clients growing team!About: our client is a well-established retailer with a rich history in Edinburgh, Known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service.About the Role: We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager for 2 stores located om the Royal Mile. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in store management. Unfortunately, applications without this experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the store floor and lead the sales team. Exemplify excellent customer service. Ensure team targets and goals are met. Maintain a tidy and clean store and back areas. Manage banking and till operations. Uphold outstanding store conditions and merchandising standards. Ensure the health and safety of staff and customers. Coordinate with the Office Manager on maintenance issues. Maintain adequate stock of stationery supplies. Participate in the recruitment process and provide feedback to HR. Manage HR-related matters such as absence management and monthly staff feedback. Publish store rotas at least 4 weeks in advance. Monitor deliveries for stock accuracy. Provide daily feedback on store performance. Collaborate with Head Office on point-of-sale, window displays, and market campaigns. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by Head Office.About You: Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to work well with others and approach people easily. Commitment to providing high standards of customer service. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competence in delegating tasks and setting clear goals. Initiative and creativity in presenting ideas.
