Job Description

Boots in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, delivering high standards of care and service while driving commercial performance. You will coach and develop your team, plan rostas and workloads, and own day-to-day store operations to ensure safety, compliance and a superb customer experience.

You’ll work hands-on, report to the Store Manager, and have opportunities to advance within Boots’ leadership path, including roles focusing on Operations, Beauty or
