This exciting opportunity of SGA Internal Relief at Haymarket will include provision of a high standard of customer service to the travelling customers. Train dispatch, ensuring servicesdepartat the scheduled time. Provision of information to customers whenrequired.

What you bring

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Can remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Is punctual, reliable, and committed tomaintaininga safe and welcoming station environment
• Customer Service SVQ (Scottish Vocational Qualification) would be advantageous
• Understanding of railway geography
• Ability to remain calm and handle customer interactions during service disruptions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Full training will be provided

Further information:

Assessment may berequiredas part of the recruitment process. Station Grade Area and Internal GPR and RDR posts will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company, up to a maximum of 13 Sunday turns per calendar.
