Station Customer Service & Ticket Sales Associate

Job Description

ScotRail in Johnstone is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to sell tickets and rail products, assist customers, and provide information at the station. You will help maintain clean, welcoming platforms and waiting areas and ensure compliance with Service Quality standards.

The role requires a friendly, reliable team player with good numeracy, punctuality and strong communication. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with station procedures are advantageous.
