Job Description
Apex Resources have an open position for Spray Painter/Blaster in Livingston. It is Temp 2 Perm role through Apex Resources.
- Full time, 39 hours a week
- Monday to Friday
- Pay 15.37/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating within the applicable health and safety and environmental legislation and safe systems of work in relation to the type of work undertaken
- Ensure all spray painting is carried out within the Paint Spray Booth to company standards.
- Provide blasting as and when required.
- Ensure the paint booth operations you undertake are carried out in line with Health and Safety legislation and company standards.
- Ensure all painting of metal is to the required paint finish and thickness to provide the necessary key for paint adhesion.
- Assist in all painting and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure any spray-painting requirements are carried out under the direction of the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of spray-painting work practices and shot blasting requirements.
- Good knowledge of an industrial factory layout.
