The post of Sponsorship Manager sits within the Private Law Unit, Civil Law and Legal System Division, Justice Directorate – a small team responsible forformulating,developingand advising onpolicy relating to private law (excluding family law).

The Unitis responsible forthe effective sponsorship of the Scottish Law Commission and this post has the lead sponsorship role as well as responsibility for aspects of private law and the team budget.
