The Role of A&D Specification Sales Manager
- This role involves working remotely and in the field.
- As an A&D Specification Sales Manager, you will promote and specify the company’s high-end interior products to the architecture and design (A&D) community.
- You’ll focus on commercial projects, including office spaces, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues.
- The successful candidate will engage with interior design firms, project managers, architects, and interior designers.
- In this role, you’ll manage a robust project pipeline, working on some of the UK’s most notable commercial developments.
- You’ll be responsible for securing commercial specifications through partnerships with interior design practices and architects, including delivering CPD presentations and hosting Lunch & Learn sessions.

The Candidate for the A&D Specification Sales Manager
- Our client are looking for experience with A&D specifiers (architects / interior designers)
- If you have a solid track record of specifying interior products we would be keen to hear from you
- This high-end brand are looking for a candidate that is polished and well presented
- Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D)
The Package on offer for the A&D Specification Sales Manager
- up to 50,000 – 65,000 basic DOE
- 20,000 – 50,000 OTE uncapped
- Company car – choice
