Administrative Assistant Perth Full -time £25,000-£30,000

Your new role

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Manage incoming communications (emails, calls, and post) and direct them appropriately
  • Support customer service functions by responding to enquiries and processing orders
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners as needed
  • Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day office operations

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative position
  • Proactive attitude
  • IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
