Your new role
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Manage incoming communications (emails, calls, and post) and direct them appropriately
- Support customer service functions by responding to enquiries and processing orders
- Maintain and update internal databases and records with high accuracy
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners as needed
- Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day office operations
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in a customer service or administrative position
- Proactive attitude
- IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
