ABB in Aberdeen is seeking a Spares Coordinator to support service sales with spare parts inquiries and coordinate the entire customer supply process, from quotation to delivery.

Based in Aberdeen with hybrid work, you will manage orders, shipments, invoicing, and ERP master data, ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in customer service or end-to-end order management, strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PDF), and SAP knowledge.
