Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
- Previousexperience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon preferred
- Experience with or interest in organic skincare and holistic therapies (Ishgatraining provided)
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented
- Flexible and reliable, including weekend and holiday availability
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, facials, and body treatments using Ishgaproducts
- Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest care
- Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Reports to: Head of Activities & Leisure Works closely with: Spa Team and Leisure Team
