Working with the award-winning Ishga skincare range, you will provide high-quality, results-driven treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of professional treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, facials, and body treatments using Ishga products
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guest care
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Reporting Line

Reports to: Head of Activities & Leisure
Works closely with: Spa Team and Leisure Team

Requirements

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon preferred
  • Experience with or interest in organic skincare and holistic therapies (Ishga training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented
  • Flexible and reliable, including weekend and holiday availability
