Job Description

Spa Therapist Lochside House Hotel & Spa 2-3 Days per week

We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our award-winning team at The Spa at Lochside House Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

As part of the family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Lochside House Hotel offers a luxurious, tranquil setting where guests can relax and rejuvenate. You’ll be joining a dedicated and supportive team that values professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Provide treatments in line with RAD Hotel Group and ESPA standards, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and indulgent experience for each guest.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or working towards HNC or Level 3 NVQ/SVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
  • Previous experience in a spa environment, with experience in a 4-star spa or above being highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ESPA products and treatments is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a warm and friendly manner.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
